The outdoor lamps are long-term exposed in the outdoors,so it will take various natural changes in the environment(such as rain,dust, ice-snow, wind,high temperature etc phenomenon),so the structural strength, sealing, waterproof,dustproof,heat resistance and anti-aging properties will be considered while designing the structure.But the operating principle of lamp is electric energy into light energy,and the electrical energy aslo have some into heat energy,heat generation will raise the temperature of lamps,but it is the electrical appliance can’t contact any water,so inside and outside to be completely isolated for good waterproof sealing.The internal and external air can’t be interchangeable, so we usually increase external cooling area (that is, we general see LED lights have radiating aluminum sheet)。The thermal transmission of air is very poor,once the light works ,the internal temperature will higher than the external temperature,while the air will make the temperature variation expanding coefficient become larger,the differential pressure between inside and outside will more larger, so strict requirements will be for the whole sealing enclosure.The lamps internal electronic components is very easy to failure if in high temperature,so as to speed up the lamp light failure.Such as above,that is the contradiction on function and structure of the LED outdoor lamps,actually it is also the problem of structure seal(waterproof)and gas exchange. 

Solution:PUW waterproof breather valve(respirator)

Waterproof breather valve just as its name implies is that it can waterproof and breathable; that is mean the gas can go through freely when there is dfifferential pressure between the inside and outside of  the product. Just like we usually speak breathing,so commonly known as breather valve.

In outdoor lamps on casing with breather valve,let it unicom the inside and outside. When the internal pressure is greater than the outside,the gas will external discharge;at the same time,interior heat will be also taken away;The internal pressure is less than the external pressure once the ligh is off,gas will through internal,and external water can’t into the interior,so as to achieve balance the inside and outside pressure, equal temperature and watertight.this would solve the problem of the structure seal(tightwater)and gas exchange.
